Basic Levers Tool

The Basic Levers Tool was designed by technical assistance providers from the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence (CCEE) and the California Department of Education (CDE) with input from special education system leaders and practitioners from across the State of California. This tool is intended to help Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) identify the strengths and gaps within their special education infrastructure in order to continuously improve and support their students, families, and educators.
