SUMMARY:CCEE Update to Fresno Compact
DESCRIPTION:CCEE Executive Director Matt Navo will be providing an update on CCEE initiatives and the Statewide System of Support to the Fresno Compact. \nThe Fresno Compact is a nonprofit organization (501c3) aimed at preparing students for society’s increasing demands and the workplace. The Compact focuses on community-wide efforts to ensure that every student graduates ready for a dynamic economic environment. It acts as a bridge connecting education\, business\, and community leaders\, facilitating the sharing of information. The Compact’s board\, consisting of no more than 35 members\, primarily comprises individuals from the private business sector\, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to high school and post-secondary educational attainment.

SUMMARY:Keys to Successful IEPs
DESCRIPTION:This informative session covers the basics: what\, where\, when\, and how of IEPs and the SEIS IEP Program. We will explain best practices and requirements for timelines\, IEPs\, and ITPs. We will go over how to use the SEIS IEP Program for IEPs\, DRDPs\, go over the forms available in the program\, goal libraries\, and how to access student information for your caseload. Time will be allotted for participants to practice using the computerized IEP program with one of their current IEPs.
