On Day 1\, Nicole Tucker-Smith will focus on cultivating inclusive environments where young people feel seen\, valued\, and empowered. On Day 2\, Zara Sims will present “Roots to Reentry – Empowering Youth for Transition\,” offering insight and strategies to support youth navigating reentry and rebuilding pathways to success.
