The coalition organizes regular meetings where various stakeholders\, including educators\, school administrators\, law enforcement officials\, social workers\, and community members\, come together to discuss up-to-date information and share best practices. \nBy fostering a collaborative approach and sharing effective strategies\, TRACK endeavors to create a supportive and engaging environment for students\, thereby reducing truancy rates and improving overall attendance across Kern County schools. \nAgenda will be posted closer to the meeting date.

Countless stars\, nebula\, and galaxies are revealed in the dark of a moonless night. Come inside the planetarium to learn what strange and beautiful objects exist in the night Sky. Learn what constellations can be viewed and some of the ancient stories associated with them. \nAfter this one-hour presentation guests are invited outside for a tour of the night sky and to view celestial wonders through Taylor Observatory’s powerful telescopes.
