DESCRIPTION:The Improvement Collaborative (TIC) is a structured\, cohort-based community of practice series designed for LEAs participating in Differentiated Assistance that seek to strengthen the implementation of an existing initiative. Grounded in implementation science\, the series supports district teams in refining practices\, monitoring progress\, and building sustainable systems through shared leadership and collaborative problem-solving. Participating LEA teams engage in five in-person\, half-day sessions focused on practical application\, reflection\, and continuous improvement. Through on-site collaboration with content experts and peer districts\, TIC builds local capacity while maintaining a manageable time commitment aligned to district priorities.
