SUMMARY:Establishing a System and Culture of Co-Teaching: Building integrated systems that center diverse learners

DESCRIPTION:This session will provide an overview of the California Secondary School Redesign Pilot Program Request for Proposals (RFP). Participants will learn about program goals\, eligibility criteria\, and the application process. DESCRIPTION:Join CCEE in a deeper dive into the new Ecosystem of Care Toolkit that was created in partnership with Santa Clara County Office of Education to guide cross agency teams through a step-by-step process designed to bring together schools\, local agencies\, and community partners to improve outcomes for children\, youth\, and families. The Toolkit was created from information gathered through interviews with the field to offer tools and a process to help improve collaboration across child and youth serving systems.
