DESCRIPTION:Workshop Description:\nGrounded in Lead by Learning’s Supportive Challenge framework\, this 2-part\, virtual workshop series will sharpen your ability to lead coaching conversations that deepen colleagues’ awareness of instructional roadblocks\, particularly those rooted in bias\, while strengthening\, rather than disrupting\, collegial relationships. Through modeling\, practice\, and application\, you’ll develop the skills to facilitate transformative coaching conversations that lead to more equitable outcomes for students. \nBetween Part 1 and Part 2\, you’ll apply your learning by conducting a coaching conversation with a colleague.
