DESCRIPTION:The Orange County Department of Education ​and the Butte County Office of Education are hosting the 8th Annual California MTSS Professional Learning Institute (PLI) on July 22-24\, 2025 at the Anaheim Convention Center. \nThis dynamic event brings together classroom educators\, administrators\, school counselors\, school psychologists\, school-based mental health clinicians\, district leaders\, county offices of education leaders\, higher education faculty\, and community-based organizations committed to advancing academic excellence through inclusive\, research-based practices. \nThe California MTSS 2025 PLI theme “Unite\, Empower\, Impact” will focus on promoting excellence\, equity\, and access for all learners through the California MTSS Framework.
