DESCRIPTION:UDL (Universal Design for Learning) offers a framework to support access\, engagement and meaningful participation CTE (Career Technical Education). This universally designed session will guide participants in exploring how to utilize the UDL framework at the systems level to minimize barriers to access and increase successful outcomes for all learners. \nBy prioritizing access and agency\, UDL gives practitioners considerations to design systems and spaces where students are at the center of their own learning. This course is designed to provide educators with the knowledge and skills needed to become effective change agents in their classrooms\, schools\, and districts\, and to make a positive impact on student learning and outcomes. \nThis course consists of three\, two-day online sessions and is open to public educators (districts\, charters\, SELPAs\, COEs and State Agencies) in California.
