A plan is good; a plan executed is better. Once a leadership team has designed elements of the distance learning system, they will need to create and grow the system. Distance learning systems will need to emerge from existing structures and from smaller elements of distance learning stitched together in the immediate response to the suspension of in-person classes. This session will help you to break down silos within existing systems and reduce barriers to allow for the emergence of new and innovative systems.
