As many changes both at the policy and local levels have occurred during the COVID-19 closures, one thing did not–the critical need to partner with our families, staff, and community to make decisions. The focus of this one-hour session is to share the journey one district has taken to engage stakeholders in decision-making around the LCAP, the COVID-19 Operations Written Report, and other important topics. Participants will be able to reflect on shared learnings and begin to re-imagine a plan for future community engagement and collaborative decision-making.
