DESCRIPTION

Sponsored by the CCEE, the California Association of African American Superintendents and Administrators (CAAASA) formed a network comprised of four districts and three county offices of education. This report details the network’s two-year study identifying barriers and evidence-based solutions to improve African American achievement in California. The report also outlines 13 recommendations for state policymakers and educational leaders to consider.
