current initiatives
- Streamlined focus with 31 active initiatives.
- Identified distribution of 19 legislative and 12 statutory initiatives.
- Emphasis on accessibility: Open invitations for all LEAs in two universal statutory programs – District Spotlights and Open Door and Three legislatively required programs -21CSLA, Learning Acceleration System Grant (CoP), and research-practice partnerships.
- Free resources offered through the CCEE Resource Center and Resource Collections.

guiding frameworks
Our guiding frameworks are anchored around the principles of our Theory of Action centered around developing capacity through continuous improvement cycles to change mindsets and practices to improve student outcomes.
Our current framework aligns with the Statewide System of Support‘s mapping of resources and defines impact derived from the A Pragmatic Playbook for Impact by Cortez and Wade of Bellwether Education Partners. Categories include:
- Direct, widespread, and systemic impact.
- Universal, targeted, and intensive support.
