Mayra Mendoza-Flores serves as a Fiscal Analyst for the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence (CCEE). In this role, she provides both fiscal and administrative support, contributing to the organization’s financial operations and ensuring smooth internal processes.
Before joining CCEE, Mayra worked in the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Department at Twin Rivers Unified School District, where she collaborated with the Family and Community Engagement Coordinator. In addition to supporting program development and district-wide community engagement events aimed at closing equity gaps, Mayra also assisted with budget tracking and financial coordination within the department—an experience that deepened her understanding of school district financial operations.
Mayra is also a Certified Spanish Interpreter, which has allowed her to build strong connections with families and community members facing language barriers.
With over 15 years of administrative experience, including time in the property management field, Mayra brings strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit to every role, often serving as a liaison across departments.
When not at work, she enjoys spending the day at the beach with her family.
