DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure independent evaluation services for the High-Quality Online Instructional Materials initiative. These evaluation services will support the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence in consultation with the California Department of Education to evaluate and make recommendations regarding the effectiveness of the online repository and resources.  Pursuant to Section 41 of Assembly Bill 167 (Chapter 252, Statutes of 2021), the report is due to the Department of Finance, the Executive Director of the State Board of Education, and the Legislature‚Äôs appropriate fiscal and policy committees on or before October 1, 2024.  (See also Section 144 of Assembly Bill 130, Chapter 44, Statutes of 2021, which was subsequently revised by Assembly Bill 167.)
