Session Description
This Session highlights how Victor Valley Union High School District designed intentional, sustainable systems to improve outcomes for foster youth and Black students. Recently exiting Direct Technical Assistance, the district shares how its THRIVE and Heritage models support A–G completion, student well-being, and college access through shared ownership, data-informed decision-making, and targeted supports.
