The Ecosystem of Care (ESOC) Toolkit is an interactive, step-by-step resource designed to help county offices of education, health departments, and local partners coordinate and integrate services that support the whole-child needs of children, youth, and families.
Developed through California Statewide System of Support partnerships, led by the Santa Clara County Office of Education in consultation with CCEE, with special thanks to California Department of Education staff for early input that helped shape the toolkit, this resource also reflects insights from interviews with more than 30 interagency workgroup members across California, many engaged in AB 2083 implementation and other cross-system efforts.
