Superintendent Professional Learning Network
Overview
The CCEE Superintendent Professional Learning Network (PLN) is an in-person professional learning experience that supports superintendents across the state in strengthening instructional systems and improving student outcomes. Through collaborative learning, individualized coaching, and reflective practice, participants build the knowledge and leadership skills needed to align improvement efforts with district priorities while connecting with peers from across California.
The PLN is designed to help leaders move beyond solving isolated challenges by strengthening their understanding of the systems that influence teaching, learning, and student success. Throughout the year, participants will learn about Labor Management and Budgeting and the Four Behaviors that lead to improved performance: Expectations & Support, Goal Setting, Use of Data, and Feedback on Performance.
Here’s what participants can expect:
- Network in a Collaborative Environment: Engage in a confidential learning environment with superintendents from diverse systems.
- Support from Peers: Share resources and implementation ideas for solving common challenges.
- Learn to Drive Improvement Efforts at your Highest Points of Leverage
- Receive Access to Individualized Coaching: Connect with experienced superintendents to bridge insights from the PLN to day-to-day practice.
