Jasmine Hennessy

Jasmine Hennessy is a Program Specialist for CCEE’s Center for Transformative Systems for Equitable Educational Outcomes. In this role, she provides project management, research, and administrative support for the Statewide System of Support, reading initiatives, and grant program evaluations.

Jasmine comes to CCEE with a longstanding commitment to equity, which can be demonstrated through her previous roles at the Human Rights Center at UC Berkeley and UCLA’s Luskin Diversity, Disparities, and Difference (D3) Initiative.

While pursuing her MPP degree at UCLA, Jasmine worked collaboratively with a team to conduct a client-based program evaluation centered around college readiness and youth civic engagement. Jasmine and her team provided the organization with five recommendations to improve student outcomes among program participants. She brings to CCEE her skills in project management, research and analysis, and a passion for making education more equitable for students in California and beyond.

Jasmine holds a Master of Public Policy from University of California, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a Minor in Public Policy from University of California, Berkeley. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in the mountains and reading novels.
