Under the new Education Code 52072 the CCEE is consulting with 25 county offices of education and seven Geographic Leads in preparation for collaboration and support with 54 Local Districts eligible for DTA with CCEE and include the following demographics:

          •   Average: 14,707

Unduplicated Pupil Percentage:

          •   Range: 36.9% to 97.6%

          •   Median: 78.4%

          •   Average: 75.68%

District Size:

          •   16 Large

          •   22 Medium

          •   16 Small

The 54 school districts eligible based on the 2023 California School Dashboard performance mark an increase from the 30 districts eligible in 2022. With the involvement of these districts, along with regular collaboration with their respective 25 County Offices of Education (COEs), and including districts currently referred, CCEE expects to support over 80 Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) in the 2024-2025 school year.
