Alameda County Health: Alameda County Healthy Schools & Communities Caminos Program Learning Community

The goals of the Caminos PLC are to share best practices for working with UIY (Unaccompanied Immigrant Youth) and Children of Migrant Families (CMF), to hold a communal space to enhance comprehensive health and education supports for UIY, and to create an evaluation culture to demonstrate the impact on students. The group is comprised of school district and community organization staff who are working across the County to support newcomers/UIY and CMF.
