Creating Inclusive Learning Opportunities Between Special Education and Local Education Agency–Based California State Preschool Programs (CSPPs)

Join CalECSE for this no-cost, virtual professional learning session focused on strengthening collaboration between early childhood special education and local educational agency (LEA)-based California State Preschool Programs (CSPPs) to support inclusive learning opportunities for young children with disabilities. Participants will explore requirements related to eligibility, Least Restrictive Environment (LRE), and Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE), while learning practical strategies for collaborative planning, service delivery, and program implementation that support inclusive preschool practices within LEA-operated programs.
