While examining its assessment system, Fairfield-Suisun USD uncovered a deeper challenge—and opportunity: a lack of shared understanding about how curriculum, instruction, and assessment work together to support student outcomes. This session shares how district leaders used collaborative inquiry and educator voice to strengthen coherence across their instructional system, offering practical tools and lessons learned for other districts.
