“She Leads” Professional Learning Module

Co-author, Majalise Tolan, will facilitate this virtual professional learning series. The series will consist of six, 90-minute sessions based on the best-selling book She Leads: The Women's Guide to a Career in Educational Leadership by Dr. Rachael George and Majalise Tolan. During this professional learning series, Majalise will focus on empowering women leaders in education to embrace their dreams, break through barriers, rebound from setbacks, and lead with skill and authenticity.

Clear Administrative Services Credential Program Information Meeting

The Tulare County Office of Education’s iLead Clear Administrative Services Credential program is designed for administrators needing to clear their preliminary credentials. Established upon the California Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (CPSELs) and driven by an individualized learning experience with an assigned one-on-one mentor, candidates participate in a two-year program utilizing site-based projects and relevant site-based experiences. Each candidate will work collaboratively to create and engage in practices designed to meet their leadership development needs. Mindfulness with Ms. M

Start the day with a special practice—learning to give attention to the present moment with curiosity, non-judgement, and kindness. This group utilizes a combination of Mindful Schools Curriculum (mindfulschools.org), Mindfulness Techniques developed by Christopher Willard PsyD (drchristopherwillard.com), Action for Happiness’ Kindness Curriculum, and 10 years of clinical practice supporting individuals with integrating mindfulness into everyday life.
