Nhi Hang serves as the Program Specialist for the CCEE.
Prior to joining the CCEE team, Hang served as a Program Support Specialist for the Special Education department in a public school district in Renton, Washington. She has worked in the education field for about six years, with experience teaching elementary and special education. Hang is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education degree, focusing her research on equitable education for refugee students. Throughout her experiences in education, she has always been interested and passionate about educational equity so she is excited to continue the work with CCEE.
Hang earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Washington and a Master of Arts in Teaching degree at Northeastern University in Boston. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her dog, doing (almost) any outdoor activity, and watching nostalgic TV shows or movies.
