Nada Anasseri

Nada Anasseri serves as the Assistant Director of Community Engagement and the Statewide System of Support at the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence (CCEE). In this role, she works alongside colleagues and statewide partners to strengthen authentic relationships, elevate community voice, and ensure that families and partners are co-designers in shaping California’s educational future. A daughter of immigrants and lifelong learner, she is a champion for equity and for centering the lived experiences of all learners through a whole learner approach. A New York City native, she has proudly called California home for more than 23 years.

Nada has served as a teacher, program manager, and county office coordinator/administrator, consistently working to expand opportunities and access across educational systems. For the past eight years, Nada has led statewide work in educational technology, emphasizing the critical role of technology in supporting teaching and learning for adult learners. At the Sacramento County Office of Education, she served as Technology Projects Coordinator for the Outreach and Technical Assistance Network (OTAN), where she advanced professional development and capacity-building efforts across California and led the award-winning Digital Leadership Academy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies.

With 24 years of experience in education, Nada believes that educational transformation is only possible when learners, families, and communities are partners in the process. Her leadership consistently affirms the importance of parent engagement, community partnerships, and family literacy as essential elements of student success. Beyond her role at CCEE, she contributes her leadership as Vice President of CUE and as State President-Elect of the California Council for Adult Education (CCAE), advancing equity, innovation, and collaboration across California’s educational landscape.
