DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure independent evaluation services for the Learning Acceleration System Grants. These evaluation services will support the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence to evaluate and make recommendations regarding the effectiveness of the professional learning opportunities in the areas of evidence-based professional education for educators that can support learning acceleration for California‚Äôs diverse pupil population, particularly in mathematics, literacy, and language development. Pursuant to Section 43 of Assembly Bill 167 (Chapter 252, Statutes of 2021), grantees shall participate in the evaluation coordinated by the CCEE. (See also Section 152 of Assembly Bill 130, Chapter 44, Statutes of 2021, which was subsequently revised by Assembly Bill 167.)
