DESCRIPTION

Sponsored by the CCEE, the Alliance for Children’s Rights invited six districts in east Los Angeles County to participate in the Foster Youth Learning Network in 2017. The network’s focus was to build more thoughtful district-level systems for foster youth. This report includes the PLN’s focus, structure, barriers and challenges, evidence of impact, and lessons learned.
