Alameda County Health: AC Healthy Schools & Communities COST Leads Learning Community

A collaborative space for District COST Leads to engage in developing and/or strengthening their COST system, ensuring effectiveness and sustainability, in order to better meet student/family needs and maximize available resources. Each session will focus on a different component of the *COST process: teacher/staff training, referral process, meeting preparation and facilitation, linkage to services, tracking/evaluation, and continuous improvement. Sessions will include development activities, assessment tools, and plenty of opportunity to share best practices and learn from one another.
