Alameda County Health: Alameda County Healthy Schools & Communitie Restorative Justice Practices Learning Community

Youth Wellness Learning Community is a community of primarily youth-serving organizations, funded through the Measure A Youth and Family Opportunity Initiative. Most agencies also serve families, but their primary focus is youth. They meet monthly to: (1) Build a shared health and wellness framework for the youth development work and be able to tell a story about the work, the partners, and the value; and (2) Build a learning community around health and wellness focused youth work and strengthen quality practice through peer learning and consultation, research, and presentations/trainings.
