For Executive Functions, Context Matters

We as educators have the power to create a classroom context that supports our students learning – in this case, their executive functions — and that is often just as important as a student’s skill-building. Executive Functions don’t exist in a vacuum, context matters. We can support student’s internal context (stress and emotions) and external context (environments and relationships).
