Getting Started with Gemini for BCOE

This session introduces Gemini, Google’s built-in generative AI tool designed to streamline everyday BCOE workflows. You will see how Gemini can help with drafting messages, organizing information, creating summaries, and supporting tasks directly inside Google Workspace. We will also cover essential safety and data-privacy practices so you know what can and cannot be shared, how to avoid exposing sensitive or personal information, and how to use AI confidently within BCOE guidelines. You will leave with clear, practical ways to use Gemini to save time while keeping student and staff information protected.
