LEADING SYSTEMS FOR SUSTAINED SYSTEMIC IMPROVEMENT – Webinar
December 4 @ 2:00 am - 2:30 pm
The Bay Area Geographic Leads Consortium (BAGLC), in partnership with WestEd, offers this session designed for organizational leaders who are seeking to turn small-scale improvement efforts into lasting, impactful results. In this hands-on introductory workshop, participants will explore how system design principles can accelerate and sustain meaningful change. Through an engaging Lego simulation, participants will learn how to align small, front-line changes to drive significant, system-wide improvements. This fun and insightful activity draws on a century of proven quality improvement practices from outside the education sector, offering valuable insights into overcoming the complex challenges school and district leaders face today.
