Session 1: Building the Foundation In this introductory session, we will provide a brief overview of Pathways to Partnership (P2P) before diving into practical strategies you can use right away. Learn core listening and communication skills—such as asking open-ended questions, gathering information, and showing empathy—that help build trust with families and strengthen partnerships. These tools are designed to be immediately actionable so you can apply them in your everyday work with families and teams.
