Self-Care for Educators – Counseling & Social Supports (Virtual)

April 28 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

In this highly interactive workshop, participants will explore the 8 Dimensions of Wellness and learn five specific techniques to release stress and renew their wellbeing. Staff will create a Start Small Success plan using the latest science for forming new habits, engage in mindfulness and movement activities, and be able to share their favorite wellness practices with students and peers.
