Working with Behaviors: Disruptive to Productive – Using Replacement Behaviors in Early Learning Classrooms

April 29 @ 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Join us for our second session in the Working with Behaviors Series. This interactive training equips early childhood educators with practical tools and strategies to address challenging behaviors by teaching developmentally appropriate replacement behaviors. Participants will explore the function of behavior, learn how to identify triggers and unmet needs, and practice developing individualized support strategies that align with a child’s developmental level. Through real-world scenarios, video examples, and collaborative discussion, educators will leave with a clearer understanding of how to proactively support children in building new, positive behaviors that promote engagement, social-emotional growth, and success in inclusive early learning environments.

While attending both sessions in the series is encouraged, it is not required.
