Teacher Induction Exit Interview

Exit Interviews are granted when it is determined that a candidate has completed all aspects of the Induction program. At the Exit Interview, candidates will: receive their recommendation for the California Clear Credential and the instructions for payment and processing online; have the opportunity to provide feedback to the program via structured oral questions presented to the group. Prior to the start of the Exit Interview, please make sure you have done the following:completed and submitted your responses to the End of Year Feedback form via Google Forms; completed and emailed the Exit Interview Program Reflection to [email protected]; and completed and emailed your credential application to [email protected]

RICA Video Performance Assessment Prep

RICA Video Performance Assessment Prep virtual sessions target participants who have struggled to pass the RICA Written Exam. Candidates will focus on preparing for the RICA Video Performance Assessment.This RICA Video Performance prep will help candidates create their videos as well as the accompanying templates and materials.

RICA Test Prep Class – Written Option

This RICA Prep Class is based on the RICA content specifications. Participants will review key subject matter, become familiar with the structure and content of the test, and identify which individual areas he or she needs to focus. Participants will work through practice test questions, providing detailed explanations that guide them on how to apply their knowledge to the specific question types they will encounter on the real exam.

The Mathematics Framework Series

The Mathematics Framework Series will support the forthcoming California State revision of the Mathematics Framework for 2022. The integrated program is intended for teacher leaders, school counselors, and principals (meeting jointly and separately). We will have regular Community of Practice meetings throughout the county to connect, learn, and design around specific major shifts proposed in the CA Math Frameworks impacting the work of teachers, counselors and principals. The ongoing series began with a pre-meeting on July 28.
