CCEE Presentation at CAAASA 2023 Round-Up – Perspectives from the 2022 African American Student Success Network

The CAAASA – CCEE partnership began in 2017 with a professional learning network focused on identifying inequities experienced by African American students in California schools. This network continued to connect through the pandemic, especially as we came to terms with the disproportionate, and lasting impact of COVID-19 and its related challenges on communities of color. With the relaunch of this learning network in 2022, we are examining the ongoing gaps in educational outcomes in our school systems and focusing on dismantling the barriers to access and opportunities that stand in the way of African American student success.
