Evaluation and Support of the Statewide Literacy and Mathematics Networks
The California Collaborative for Educational Excellence (CCEE) invites proposals from project team(s) to conduct the evaluation of the Statewide Math and Literacy Networks (Section 90 of Assembly Bill 121, Chapter 8, Statutes of 2025).
The CCEE is seeking proposals from qualified research and evaluation organizations, including but not limited to, sole proprietorships, partnerships, public or private agencies, and/or nonprofit organizations with expertise in education research, evaluation methods, education policy, and/or evidence-based math and literacy instruction to support the implementation, continuous improvement, and evaluation of the statewide Literacy and Mathematics Networks. These Networks are designed to advance evidence-based instructional practices, foster collaboration and coherence among lead agencies, county offices of education, and local educational agencies (LEAs), and strengthen equitable outcomes for all student groups.
